Welcome to WikiGreed!
A wiki for consumers and workers to track the good, bad, commendable, and reprehensible behavior of companies and other organizations.

This wiki's creation was inspired by the wide range of reactions by companies and other organizations around the world to the COVID-19 pandemic. While consumers and workers have long memories, wikis have even longer memories.

This wiki's basic goal is to inform consumers about greedy or other harmful actions being taken by organizations as well as the positive actions being taken.

You are welcome to add information about any organizations around the world. However, all information added must have a citation or it will be removed.

Disappointing

TC Energy announced on 31 March 2020 (WHO.svg+20 dayssrc) that it was initiating construction on Keystone XL pipeline. The company has been accused of using the pandemic to advance a controversial project at a time when people will be too distracted to object.

Encouraging

The University of Washington's Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation has been developing and updating a number of models related to the COVID-19 pandemic. These models are being used by the United States federal government as well as state and local governments to plan their responses to the pandemic. They have also been used by organizations in their planning and media outlets in their reporting of the pandemic.
